By Shelly Wing | December 17, 2021

Top Growth and Operational Focus Areas for PACs in the New Year

The post-acute care industry has seen a considerable amount of impacts and shifts over the past few years. As we head into 2022, we asked post-acute care organizations to evaluate and identify their top priorities for both growth and operational optimization. As we know the impact of COVID-19 has varied for every line of business, market, and organization size and structure, this was no surprise. But one thing was clear: traditional growth strategies won’t be the only focus for post-acute care organizations in the coming months.
