With more than 20 years of experience in the post-acute care industry, Kara is a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, operations, and leadership.

At Trella Health, Kara is at the forefront of the company’s strategic consulting practice, where she champions the adoption of business growth best practices throughout the industry. Additionally, her role extends to overseeing Trella’s implementation and training team, providing guidance to new customers on product and business process excellence, all while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Before joining Trella, Kara was the VP of Growth Solutions at Amedisys, managing sales and marketing operations. She holds a degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA.

When she’s not helping to drive growth and success for Trella customers or representing the company as an industry thought leader, Kara enjoys spending quality time with her husband, four children, and three beloved dogs: Gracie, Poppy, and Lucky Duck.
