Trella Health Appoints Kathleen Brown as Vice President of Customer Success

Reporting to EVP of Growth, Jess Chew, Kathleen will lead Trella Health’s Customer Success team, focused on helping customers translate data and workflows into measurable outcomes, operational improvement, and sustained value across their organizations.

Kathleen brings more than 25 years of customer operations leadership, partnering with healthcare systems to support business and clinical outcomes through long-term, strategic relationships.

Known for amplifying customer value through process optimization, innovative technology, and cross-functional collaboration, Kathleen builds agile teams that strengthen customer loyalty through results aligned to customers’ priorities.

Most recently, Kathleen led Customer Success at Inovalon, a leading healthcare data and technology organization, where she was responsible for more than 18,000 provider customers. During her tenure, she built and led an industry-recognized Customer Success organization certified by HFMA.

Prior to Inovalon, Kathleen held senior leadership roles at ClearBalance and McKesson, where she played a key role in strategic M&A integrations and go-to-market initiatives that drove measurable revenue growth through upsell and retention.
