During our conversations, one request that we received from several clients over the past couple of years was for improved Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to better integrate our data into workflows.
What started as a friendly “how’s business” conversation with PlayMaker’s CEO, Gregg Boyle, at Home Care 100 in June 2021 became more serious following November’s significant growth investment round from Cressey & Company LP and Panoramic Ventures. While our customers were interested in improving CRM functionality, PlayMaker wanted access to deeper data analytics.
