Dependable Health Services has been a Trella Health customer since 2020 and utilizes Marketscape CRM. The Trella team met with Account Executive, Lindsay Errett-Cohen to discuss her experience utilizing Trella’s CRM.
What was your perception of CRM when you first started using it?
“When I first started using a CRM it was challenging to navigate and often reps before me weren’t great at adding notes, so it was difficult to get caught up on accounts. I didn’t understand how to utilize it and see it as a tool to help me, but now I do and am a big advocate,” Lindsay shared.
How did your perception change positively?
“Jessi at Trella was able to really teach me best practices and tailor it to my needs. Today it’s definitely become a tool I like to use. I am still getting used to the area of my territory so it helps me with my pre-call planning, I can see which accounts I can maximize my time with and decrease my windshield time on the road.
I got an understanding of how to build my calendar and where to spend my time, so it’s become much easier for me to use and I’m good at it! Understanding how to leverage different aspects on the CRM week over week was like building blocks for me and now I’m able to run with it.
I’m able to focus on making notes that are going to be helpful to me with follow-up. I use voice dictation and love that feature,” Lindsay continued.
Do you have any other favorite features?
“I like pulling up my day on the mobile app and seeing the pre-call plan. Being able to go back and see my notes from my last event and scheduling recurring calls. It’s better than other systems I have used in terms of ease of use. I think Trella is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.
For me, having data paired with it was helpful to see our strengths or weaknesses compared to competitors. Also understanding who people refer to and why, or don’t refer to and why.”
How has Marketscape CRM impacted your workday?
“It’s helped me with structure and seeing what I have each day. It gives me an outline and area of focus. You are in so many places, meeting so many people, and it’s helpful to circle back and remember what was discussed. It’s helped keep me organized and I’ve become really diligent about staying on top of it,” Lindsay concluded.
