We recently sat down with Rod Plunkett, Vice President of Population Health Management, and Michael Brents, Division Director of Clinical Analytics and Informatics, at CHI Health at Home to learn what it is like now that they have Trella Health market intelligence solutions on their side.

Since the initial deployment of Trella Health, HPA has found additional uses for the solution. Originally, the team was focused on using the data to identify potential geographic areas of expansion by looking at population demographics, utilization rates and other dynamics. But because Trella Health is the only solution to include all physician and private practice data, the team was also able to use it to identify potential medical director candidates to support their new expansion markets.
